Awesome destination The staff is really friendly. There’s not a lot of room for parking, but overall a great area to live in with great neighbors.
The Brooks Great place to live within a great location.
Maintenance Everytime i put a maintenance request in u get a response, but nothing changes.

Love this place Living here has been pretty great! The landlord is down to earth and is a great communicator. No issues with neighbors, pests, and maintenance will help out and respond in a timely manner.

The Brooks review Prior to Orion property group, taking over things were decent but not amazing. It doesn’t seem like there any impactful changes to my stay. I love the location and the apartment manager seems kind. However if I approach him with any issues they don’t seem to be addressed for the last year. Okay service, at a higher price it seems with not much to show for it
Fall leaves I like living here so nice quiet little spot just wish they had one bedroom apartments available we'll spend August pursuing emerging information
Its a ok place It's a ok place I just hate the locate and how it's designed,the apartment I have is a one bed room,half wooden floor and half carpet,the bed room I much don't like due to the bathroom being in it which means anyone who has to use the restroom is walking thru your room and I don't lke the bathroom,I never stayed in a apartment where the toilet is next to the shower,I find it disgusting but I make it work,but for the price it's really not worth it but hey it's a ok place
