Our property is quiet and next to Indian Creek so you will see all types of wild life walking around and feeling at home in our park like setting. The school district for The Brooks is Central School District. Schools are just minutes away. Also we have a beautiful walking trail right by Indian Creek.

Great place to live! I'm coming up on my third year here and I absolutely love my apartment. It's a great place to live, everyone is friendly and helpful, and tenants are quiet and respectful for the most part. Management and maintenance go above and beyond for you. My cat and I are very happy here.
