Staff was attentive. Filet good but bordelaise sauce tasted liked packaged brown gravy. Scallops good but they forgot to put the blood orange relish on it. Double baked potato was mashed potatoes in a skin with sour cream and bacon on top. Cannoli was good but they forgot the chocolate chips in it. Disappointed with this nearly$300 bill.

Made us have a reservation and said if we didn’t show up we would be charged $50/person, and there was NO one else in the restaurant. So clearly didn’t need a reservation. Food was cold for most of us, but not horrible. I expected better based everything I read online. I’d give it another try, but it wasn’t great.
We attended a wine pairing dinner, everything was amazing. The Far Siente wines from Napa were excellent, the hors d'oeuvres were delicious, dinner was amazing. The service was impecable. We enjoyed the restaurant very much.
Dinner was great, my only complaint is that the website states that happy hour is 4:00PM-6:00PM daily, excluding Saturdays. We came in at 5:15 on Sunday and they told us happy hour was unavailable.

Me and my partner celebrated our 2nd anniversary and Butcher’s Cut was the perfect experience. The whole staff congratulated us on our anniversary milestone and Aleks made sure our experience at the restaurant was a great one. The meatball appetizer was to die for and the bone marrow and carbonara was the perfect mix of heavy flavors and a light taste. We will definitely come back for anniversaries in the future.
