Everything was perfect such as service and cocktails except the medium steak I ordered lacked flavor.

I had a great night out at the Butcher's Cut downtown. The service was great and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Would definitely go back for a date night or happy hour.
The food and service was outstanding! Jackson, our server, was a true pro. Answered all of our questions with great detail and patience. The decor was quite stylish. Tried several of the specialty cocktails(vitamin c breeze, stardust, the islands, pear sidecar)and they were amazing! This was a dinner for my mom's 70th and we couldn't have chosen a better venue. Thank you to Ashley, the manager, for being so attentive and making us feel special. Will definitely be back!
Best dinning experience beginning to end. The host was warm and welcoming and called us by our last name. Once sat our server Joshua gave us a great run down on the menu. I had the salmon and he had his ribeye. Food was perfectly cooked. We got to meet the wonderful manager, Corrin. Overall wonderful experience, delicious food, we will be back.
Beautiful restaurant in the heart of downtown. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. If you are looking for a great steak and fantastic service try Butchers Cut you want be disappointed.

The Butcher's Cut is a more mellow vibe. The music is not loud where you can have a conversation with your friends. The decor is chic like and welcoming. Tables are spaced out that you're not hearing other patrons conversation. There's also another room on the right side if you ever want to have a special event. Our servers' name was Pietro.
