The bus driver was extremely kind and friendly. There was also a staff member named Varun who was calm and understanding of our circumstance even under all that stress to make it in time for the bus.
I appreciate that the bus service is pocket friendly, easy and quick/timely however the usb charging ports have to be fixed and washroom should have supplies as required.
Best price and clean and in time
The bus service was good; however, a man at the Calgary airport counter provided rude and unhelpful assistance. Despite our repeated inquiries about what to do or where to go, he only uttered three words, opting for a frown instead of taking two seconds to clearly guide us. It was a disappointing customer service experiencie. (Tuesday afternoon)
