Faced the same issue on punctuality. Arrival time to Calgary from Edmonton was pushed by 25 minutes later than the scheduled time. Wifi also didn't work during the trip. It only worked for a very short time. Could have done better on the punctuality, as 5 or 10 minutes delay is fine, but 25 minutes is bit of a stretch. Other companies tend to do better on the schedule.
Took the bus from Calgary to Edmonton this past weekend. The bus driver's name was Sam. Sam was great! Very nice, informative, friendly, couldn't do enough to ensure our trip was great! Thank you Sam. Ensure you book directly with The Canada Bus company and NOT BUS BUD terrible service with Bus Bud.
Today, we had a bus from Calgary to Banff. But we learned just before that it was canceled. Luckily we asked a bus driver Sam, who helped us so much. He has drived us to the airport to take another bus. Thank you so much for your help.
I had a good experience with Canada bus service. Booked ticket from Calgary to Edmonton. Bus was neat and clean with comfortable seat. Bus arrived 15 minutes before the departure time. Our driver Alisha was very polite and helpful towards all the passenger. And we arrived before the estimated time in Edmonton.
Had a great experience with The Canada Bus! I booked a last minute ride from Calgary to Edmonton after flying in from Victoria. The owner picked me up from the airport and shuttled me to Cross Iron to meet the bus on route, plus they accommodated my bike which was in a large bike box for a small fee (totally fair!). I recommend anyone traveling with a bike to call ahead of time just to make sure they can fit it because I don't think it's a usual service, but they were VERY kind and helpful to accommodate my situation! I used to love riding with the Canada bus!! The bus driver was so nice & the seats are comfortable. My favourite part of the Canada bus was the fact it stopped at a Tim Hortons rather than a just hotel (ebus). But now the 10 minute break is gone all together. :/
