When it became clear to me that I could not keep my husband of 42 years safe at our home, I toured 7 facilities. I left 6 of the facilities and sat in my truck and cried. I toured the Canopy and knew that I had found the right place. It was immaculately clean. It is always clean and it smells clean. The important features are the administrators and employees. The administrators make you feel welcome. They know you and are kind to everyone. You can contact them and get answers to any questions that you may have week...Ā read more

My mother loves it here and I love it! They are compassionate, caring, helpful , capable and understanding of my motherās dementia! The facility is clean and well kept. I looked at many other places before finding this one and I am so happy I found them!!!Ā

In the pass Iāve experienced and witnessed a lot of uncertainty with this community however, Iāve recently stop by and unfortunately didnāt know the lovely Director of Nursing, Ms. M.ary-is no longer around. She did an excellent Job as much as should could with what Iāve personally witnessed-that said. I was able to see the young serve lady -Yasha whoās always dedicated to assist the seniors. Iāve always, liked most staff that were at this community however, they need to keep hiring better staff who cares about the seniors!...Ā read more

Unfortunately they can not keep staff, resulting in care issues, inadequate food menus and horrible cleaning/maintenance. We think the 4th new Director starts in July, with the last one only staying 1 1/2 months.Ā
3 Executive Directors in less than 2 years. Countless Activity Directors, āchefsā, staff. 3 Nursing Directors (not RNās btw)ā¦Donāt do it.Ā
