Chey has vast knowledge of all of the North Scottsdale communities... the pros, cons and ins-and-outs. He does his homework so that you can make feel good about the decision you are making and home you are purchasing. He also has a solid handle on the process and in our case we needed to move ultra fast in order to secure the home and not lose out on a gem. Of all the qualities a good realtor should have, Chey has it all! Being a native he was able to pinpoint exactly the homes and the areas we should be looking in and able to tell us so much about the different areas. We were able to choose the house we chose with great confidence and Chey made the process a fun and enjoyable one!

I was not in town and able to do much of the legwork, but Mr. Castro was extremely responsive to our needs, always on the spot, and did a great job. He helped us negotiate a great price and made the process of selling the house very easy. I really appreciate his work and would highly recommend him should you have any need for a realtor.
