Chey has been fantastic to work and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone on the buy or sell side, particularly in higher end Scottsdale / Paradise Valley real-estate. The two qualities that are most important to me - availability and knowledge - are both areas in which Chey is particularly strong. I am a buyer who is currently working with Chey to find a home. Chey is the most accessible realtor I've ever worked with, which is very important to me. Chey is quick to respond (with an actual answer) to emails, texts, etc. He is very knowledgeable about this market and has good working relationships with other realtors, which is a plus in many situations. Chey is a great person and a pleasure to work with in a time that can be very stressful. I highly recommend him.

In the time I have worked with Chey I have felt that he is not only my realtor but a friend who truly wants what is best for me. He is a people's realtor, ready to work for you to find your perfect home. He was always super responsive with showings, emails and phone calls, and was never overly assertive or aggressive in an attempt to make a sale. It has been our pleasure to have Chey as our realtor. He is polite, congenial, patient, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has great people skills.
