This was a very nice experience. The property was well kept and all amenities were top notch. staff were great as well. nothing clean, lots of dining options, pool and rooftop
worst housekeeping ever housekeeping was terrible. As a person who stadied tourism and hotel managemend and have many years hotel experience I would say that the housekeeping is terrible. theres a huge miscommunication between departments. i told the front desk 4 times during our stay in two different day that we need housekeeping in our room. they didnt clean. first time when i asked they said and showed me their screen that they assign as cleaned. which is management problem. it means housekeeper managers are checking room... read more
