Pleasant But I did not feel like the room was clean and the bathroom was dirty I had to clean it. I love the location of the Catalina Hotel, the staff was very nice and friendly,
Great location, comfortable, and clean Volume on the TV didn’t work, so we were unable to watch any shows we wanted. Construction going on outside our room at 9 AM on a Sat. but we were already up, so it didn’t matter to us. Late sleepers may have a problem with that. Great location. Very close to restaurants and beach. Although so close to the road, it was still quiet at night. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely! The staff makes all the difference! They were great! And the property is as described and super close to everyth Everything was good, our first room had a minor issue, but staff took care of it and gave us another room! I live the location and accessibility! The staff is always helpful and friendly! This was my second time staying at the property! We love the happy hour also!
Really nice Nothing It’s in a perfect location and customer service is so nice! Noam who was at the front desk, upgraded us becauss we were celebrating a birthday. We had a really nice time and also ate at maxs grill and got yummy pasta and the waiter nacho was also so nice! Everyone is just lovely around there !
Very Good The internet was no good. Couldn’t watch any form of tv / apps / movies. Could hear my neighbours snoring and the ones above my room walking. The room was spacious and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasant for the prize. Great location. No view from my hotel room. I was hard to get a good nights sleep. I could hear staff throwing out recycled beer bottles outside through the night and early in the morning. The hotel room doors are loud every time another guest opened their door it would wake me up. One evening a couple were having a domestic dispute that only on most of the night, staff tried to have them calm down and stay quiet but it didn’t stop, this really interrupted my sleep.
