Good cost Great perks No washcloths in the room, we had to walk over to The Catalina msin desk. We stayed in the Dorset Building. Upon arrival the toilet paper holder was broken so our roll fell off, but we informed the front desk immediately so no issues arose with incidentals. We had great food and to go order, but no microwave on the property according to front desk. Several scratches and lifted tiles on the woodlike floors. Overall not bad at all! I didn't get the guys name, but 1 of the customer service reps at the front desk I believe racial profiled me and my 11 year old son. From the beginning of check out he was saying things like kids are not allowed in the pool. Happy hour is only open to people staying in master suits... which I knew wasn't true because I've stayed at this hotel lots of times!
