Fun weekend The water bugs Facility needs an exterminator. Big water bugs in the room. Bathroom was some what clean. Cleaner must wipe down around the toilet seat.

Great location Lady checking us was not very friendly and hard to understand her Spanish/English accent. But other staff were friendly. No coffee making machine in room, no pool towels were available when needed and 2nd room key not available. They don't allow you to leave your luggage for early/late check in, bit there is a lounge and outdoor area where you can wait. Great central location. Very Good The hotel is old, appliances (mini fridge, air conditioning) are old. The location is excellent, just a few blocks from the beach and the Miami Beach Convention Center. It's an old hotel, but comfortable. My stay was good and I didn't have any problems. Staff was nice and helpful.
