I have lived in The Chapmans for 3 months and i LOVE it! Rafeal and everyone in the rental office is great! They are all so pleasant to you in passing, and helpful at all times.
I have only lived here a few months after relocating from Indiana. The staff is very courteous and prompt. They are on top of maintenance. The building is secured with access only by a key fob. Nice fitness room. So many parking spots. Every store that you could imagine is below you in the boulevard shops. Restaurants, movies, clothing, specialty stores. EVERYTHING! We downsized to move to The Chapman and it has been a wonderful decision. From the safety to the spacious apartment this is a wonderful home for us. The staff is like family and are always there for you. We have wonderful neighbors who have become friends. Having every possible shopping need outside your door is amazing. Very nice apartment community that I have had the pleasure of living in for the past nine months. I would highly recommend any new resident in the area to give them a look and enjoy what the peninsula town center and chapman apartments have to offer.
Living here is not like living in a normal apartment complex. It feels like a community living here. The best apartment experience I have ever had. Work out room, free coffee in the lobby, club room, monthly resident activities, and a super friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff are just a few reasons why we love living here.
My husband and I have at lived at the Chapman for a little over a year it has been Great!!!The Staff is Awesome, its like having your very own Genies Your Wish Is Their Command.
We have been very happy living here. The staff is great, the apt is comfortable, and all of the perks of living here including the many things around are excellent. It is close to both of our jobs and accessible to the main roads.
We really enjoy living here.
