I enjoyed my time living in the Chapman Apartments!! The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only issue I had was with the price. The towncenter concept was not new to me as I have lived in one before while in college. My rent, however, was too expensive for this location. When I received notice to renew my lease, I found out that if I were to stay, my rent would be increased.
