We've been with Jon Chase- State Farm for years now and have had nothing but a great experience. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and attentive if I ever need anything- especially Becky, the Office Manager. If I email her for any reason she gets back to me asap. I had a great experience with Nick at Jon Chase-State Farm. He was got me a great deal on home insurance.
Great customer care, employee are well versed in the products and my agent office almost always has a person to answer the phone.
Jon and Becky are always available and easy to work with! They will gladly come to you if it is easier for your schedule. We have a State Farm agent within walking distance from the house, but will keep our business with Jon because of the amazing customer care we have received over the years.
