We absolutely love this office! I can only imagine that terrible review was an isolated incident and a complete misunderstanding. "See for yourself" has always been our policy, though reviews are TYPICALLY helpful. Becky is fantastic and knows more about insurance than any one individual should! I was very impressed that he had all the answers I needed to make informed choices. I would highly recommend this agency. All of the people I spoke with were very understanding, friendly, and compassionate. They have set me up with a renter's policy, and took the time to go through all the details with me, and answer my many questions. Particularly, Nick was incredibly patient and helpful. If you're ever in need of a good policy and friendly service, this is the place to go.
