Birthday party waitresses were attentive Kristen and Fran and were great! Came out to sing Happy Birthday and served cake! Wonderful celebration!
I went there april 18 for me and my wifes 9 year anniversary, i reserved table for 2, i had to wait to be seated because of small line, also had to wait for table to be cleaned! The server took awhile to approach our table, service was just poor! I should have gone some where else for our special day!
Dinner was fantastic, with lots of menu choices. Our waitress was on point! Without prompting, she brought out our toddlers meal quickly so we could get him fed while we waited for our meals. The food was good, the atmosphere was friendly and upbeat and we thoroughly enjoyed dinner out!
Food is good, not great, but still good. I've been here a bunch of times. Waitress was a little confused but ok. Service a little slow but it was a Friday night. Decent selection of beers and wines. Portions fairly large as well.
Very big place. We sat in bar area to view sporting events on TV while we ate. Food very good. Big section. Service was great!
Went here to celebrate an anniversary with extended family and had a great experience. Only bump I hit was when I tried to call for a reservation and was told they were no longer accepting them for that evening. I then went to this app, entered the amount of people and when we wanted to be seated, and the reservation was fully confirmed. Just a snap! Thank you!
Service was great and staff were accommodating, despite being very busy. The food is what you’d expect for Italian family dining, but the bread alone is worth the trip.
This is a very family friendly restaurant with a menu that has something to.please everyone. The food is well prepared and tasty and, usually, the restaurant is comfortably busy. This time, although it wasn’t a holiday, it was so busy we knew we were correct to make Sunday lunch reservations for 6. The service and the meals were very good especially in light of the number of people who were being served. We have never had a bad meal at The Chateau.
I love this place so much. Best chicken parm I've ever had. Love the drinks, but not gonna lie we have had some pretty bad service but the food is so good we keep going back. It is the best at Andover we been to others but not as good.
