This was not an enjoyable experience. The lobby was a bit confusing, as the sign said "please wait to be seated", but you were actually supposed to pass that sign and walk another 30 feet to the find the hostess (who wasn't even there and there were no other signs). Barely any food in plate and our food was cold……!!
Service was terrible, we waited 45 minutes for our drinks. One of our entrees was raw and had to be redone. The manager was professional and apologized.
I have been going to the Chateau restaurant chain for over 50 years. I used to go to the Waltham restaurant but the Andover one is closer to me now. For years it has been reliably delicious. Food was not good. The sauce on the pasta looked as if you'd gotten it from a can. All in all, mediocre food. The service was not friendly, or attentive, either. Would not repeat.
Horrible service. Took 15 min for a drink order. Food was slow to come out and was incorrect.
Dated atmosphere and menus. Little to no flavor. No cappuccino. Service was good. Easy to make a reservation.
Food was cold and took a long time so we didn’t bother sending it back.
The food had no seasoning and was not worth the money at all.
