Had a great dinner, the waitress was excellent and food came right on time and was delicious. Totally recommend.
Made a very early (5 PM) reservation - just in case. Seated immediately, but surprised that we were in the corner next to the entrance to the rest rooms. Service was great. Food delicious (side note - my portion of veal and eggplant parm was a little less than I've had in the past at the Chateau, but was delicious).
I have been to several Chateaus and this one turned me off. Appetizers were forgetten apologies made then it was brought after the dinner.And having the staff sweeping and cleaning all of the tables in the dining room a half hour before close ruined whatever ambiance was present.
It was as expected. We always have a good meal here.
Could use an update but people are nice. Food is decent
Just a great, family, Italian-American place. Great Parm, mussels, tripes, and steaks. Wonderful staff, bar, and ambiance.
The service was very good. The food was tasty. I appreciated being able to substitute vegetables for the pasta when I ordered eggplant parmigiana.
We had a large group - 5 kids and 5 adults- and we were easily and comfortably accommodated. Best of all was our wait staff person, Ellen. She was very friendly, engaging, attentive and also patient as we were a large party which included a bunch of kids. Ellen is an asset to The Chateau and helped make our evening there great!
The food is always good here, and the waitstaff are great.
