Overall the experience was good, I’ve been to this restaurant several times food has always been good. This time however the food came too us Luke warm. The waitress apologized for the delay in service which we assumed was the reason the food was cold. Other than that no complaints.
Scenic, good parking, varied menu, good service. A definite add-to your list of local dining choices
Food always excellent since you expanded Waltham store in 60. Excellent Eggplant lunch bread is still great
It was very nice sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery.
Although we've gotten take out from the Chateau during the pandemic, this was our first time eating in the restaurant since early last year. It was just as good as always and such a treat to be able to eat inside.
Great food and service. Generous portions. Beautiful views of the sunset.

we enjoyed the food, and service at the Norton location. very dissapointed with the fact that I could not use my Birthday voucher you sent to me. The Manager on Tuesday May 25th would not accept it due to the fact that we got the early bird special. The waitress was new, and did not inform us of this before we ordered. There was no mention on the voucher of any restrictions
