I like this place. The lake side tables make s huge difference when enjoying your meal. The waitress was prompt , curtious, knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with .
Wonderful dining by the lake and have heard rumors that Chateau may be coming to Franklin, MA next. Yipee!
We have been dining at the chateau for years. Recently over the last several visits we have experienced cold food repeatedly. We are puzzled at what the reason would be as the restaurant was not busy on these occasions.
Always good, and consistent as well. We never leave hungry.
Our waitress was friendly enough, but we had to wait at least ten minutes for her to get to our table after we were seated. We had to ask for our water twice, because it took so long. The food was mediocre. If I went back, I would order a pizza or a burger. What is very nice is the location and view.of the lake.
The lobster salad rolls were delicious as was the baked stuffed shrimp. The service was excellent and we would definitely return. Thank you so much.
Food was good but is consistently served cool or cold.
Very nice place...will definitely come again. The noise level of patrons was a but too much though due to a celebration going on at the time.
Great food as always. Kids menu is top notch. Staff patience with kids was fantastic. Late arriving guests accommodated with ease!
