it's a fun place and the food is good. We have been there , just the two of us and then with groups and it went well. The bar is also a good place to sit and meet people.
Had another great experience at The Chateau in Norwood! The service was great, the food was very good and the venue was perfect for dinner with a group of old friends!
Reserved a table on Open Table for 14 for a family occasion. We were well-situated, promptly served, and the food was all well-prepared and delicious. Server was personable and attentive. Excellent dessert choices capped a nice luncheon.
First time here and it was excellent! Large portions of very well prepared "basic" Italian - pasta, sausage, meatballs, lasagne, etc. Nothing fancy but extremely well prepared. About the best restaurant lasagna I've had, great sauce ("gravy"), and the calamari appetizer was as tender and fresh as can be. Really a bargain IMO. The bread is always fresh and delicious to start. My favorites are the eggplant parmigiana, Italian trio and the Greek salad. Love the pasta sauce!
Have eaten here before for lunch. Had dinner this time. Good food and good selection, reasonably priced, comfortable booths and good, prompt, friendly service. Feels more like a family type restaurant. Nobody there to impress others, just good food and good value. Would recommend if that's what you are looking for.
I've been to the Chateau many times. The food is good and reasonably priced. There are usually plenty of large tables/booths available for big groups. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive.
Chateau Norwood has been our go-to restaurant for many years. They have a large menu that helps make sure there is something on their menu for everyone. Service is friendly and professional. Great place to bring whole family and kids of all ages.
Had the haddock was delicious but came out warm, not hot. Server was great!
