As Luxurious as they come The apartments are spacious and the floor plan is we'll designed. It has everything you would ever need in an apartment, and more. It is also in a ery central location in Oklahoma. There are shops and restaurants surrounding this area. The Classen is also close to Bricktown. This a great place to stay if you want a luxurious apartment in the city.

Not a Better Value to Be Found The Classen takes apartment living to the next level. My wife and I moved in a few months ago and absolutely love this place. The amenities are far and above what you will find elsewhere. The property manager, concierge, and maintenance personnel are all fantastic and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with every single thing.

Don't live here I moved out 6 months ago and have not received a refund of the deposit. I was told both in person and writing I would get my full deposit back. Living here was a nightmare. The AC won't get below 80 in the summer and the heat won't keep up with freezing weather because they won't fix the leaking windows. We had our HVAC unit leak and they couldn't find the water shut off for the unit. They refused to shut the water off to the building, I lived on the 9th floor so my neighbors also had their closets flooded. D... read more

Deposit I moved out of my appartment on July 23 and my lease was up at the end of August 2022. My lease was paid thru the end of August. I completed all required paper work and left a forwarding address. In the middle of September when I inquired about the status of the deposit I was told that my forwarding address had been lost and mngt would resolve in 7-10 days and a check would be sent. I have yet to hear anything from mngt. of this property. I have called, emailed and shown up in person. NO ONE is communicating with me.... read more

brown water and owners do not care. Move in to the classen back in April. Since we have been there we have had light brown to dark brown water. This happens when the hot water is on. So basiclly you take a shower and get to have brown water running. dont even try and take a bath or it looks like you are bathing in tea. After multiple conversations with the property managers and regional mangers the keep saying we are working on it. I ended up emailing everyone including the owner of Vesta properties(the company that owns the... read more

Lack of urgency If you are looking to move in and Vista is still managing the property, don't. Multiple issues pop up with it being an older building and we knew this moving in. The pains of living in a historical landmark was something we were more than willing to deal with. However, that was before the Managment changed. We moved in February of 2021 and have gone through a few companies/ managers now. The most recent company (Vista) doesn't respond quickly to emergency work orders or ignores them. My partner put in a work ... read more

Not worth the rent. We are no longer residents at this apartment. We planned to stay here for many years because we loved the place and we've lived here for two years, and 3 years before: 2013 to 2016 and 2020 to 2022. There were several reasons why we decided to move out and some major issues are still unresolved as follows: windows are leaking whenever it rains, some amenities are not available for certain period of time since we moved in the last two years like swimming pool, hot tub, some gym equipment are still broke, h... read more

Overpriced! AC problems/Window Leaks/Nonfunctioning Amenities Rent increases of $300-500 monthly!! For what? Temperatures rise to 80 and above in the apartment on a consistent basis due to AC issues, poor window structures, and overall lack of proper ongoing maintenance. The outdoor fireplace hasn’t worked in over two years, jacuzzi has been broken months, and is full of stagnating water. These are only a few of the nonfunctioning amenities. Pool is causing rashes and paint chips are floating in water. Health hazards galore!... read more
