Overpriced For “Quality of Life” Continuous problems with Air Conditioning and Heating system. Most “amenities” are in disrepair, even unsafe. New ownership is raising rents substantially without justification. As a long-term tenant, we are treated as if we are an inconvenience to staff. I plan on spending my $30K annual investment elsewhere upon expiration of lease.
