Very efficient, arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment.Dr. Ortolano staff got me checked in promptly and within minutes I saw Dr. Ortolano. I found the location to be easy to find, the facility was clean and everyone appeared to be upbeat and happy, which made it a comfortable environment for everyone.
My 93 year old mother did not want to go to a new doctor. It turned out that she is very pleased. I am her daughter and caregiver and I was extremely pleased and came away with some unexpected and valuable advice that I was not expecting to receive.

Great. Managed a medication problem before it became a real issue.
The front desk are kind and cheerful, I can tell they've been there for a long time. And Dr. Kaleka is a true gem-- we're so lucky to have his unique take on psych here.
Henry Keiser is an excellent nurse practitioner. He is highly knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, and is a sharp diagnostician, as good as or better than some physicians I have seen. The rest of the staff was pleasant and competent. I spend part of my time in the Washington, D. C. area and was pleasantly surprised to find this high level of care in rural Kauai.
