Minimal wait. Doc was informative and supportive.
Short waits, prompt responses, pleasant experience all the way around
It was fine except I was talking about uncomfortable things so I can’t say it was great.
Check in staff was friendly, easy going and nice to deal with. Nurse was kind, caring and compassionate upon check in. Dr. Nanabawa was friendly, nice and did check up on baby and myself and all went well. It was a rather quick visit though.
I had to wait a few minutes but aside that, a very good doctor visit. Kaiser not full of himself
Dr. Keiser is a gem.
One of the best things about appointments at the Clinic at Kapaa is that the patient is truly listened to and never rushed through. The office and staff are extremely efficient and prompt with follow throughs. Plus, all are friendly and personable.
