Excelente estadía en la bella Chicago!!!! ——— Ubicación excelente. Nos asignaron habitación al frente y estuvo muy bien, no es ruidosa y es luminosa. Realizaron la limpieza de la habitación los cuatro días de nuestra estadía. El hall del hotel es amplio y hermoso, los ascensores eran suficientes, ya que no registraron demora, el hotel tiene diferentes salidas, se accede desde el pasillo al espacio compartido con dos microondas y varias máquinas expendedoras y sobre el mismo pasillo tiene fuente de agua fresca.
I‘d rather be at Congress Plaza Hotel Chicago! Die Freundlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit an der Rezeption ist zu optimieren. Optimale Lage, um den Loop fussläufig zu erschließen. Alle Verkehrsanbindungen sind in Kürze erreichbar. Sehr sauberes, renoviertes, geräumiges Zimmer mit traumhaften Blick auf den See, Park, die Skyline. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Pleasant The Hotel room was in general disrepair. I felt lucky that everything in my room functioned during my stay. The carpet was old and dingy. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the mattress was older and stained (though comfortable), the AC unit was loud, and the furnishings were old and funky. Can you believe there are indoor spaces that still allow smoking? While I did not reserve a smoking room, I was not able to check in to the room I reserved because I arrived prior to the 3:00 pm check in time (about 2:15)... read more
Characterful hotel in perfect position. Nothing, it was all fine It is true that the hotel is in need of a little tlc but we found it clean and comfortable with everything that we needed and the situation in the loop is perfect for sightseeing.
