Comfortable, clean, and value for money. No real problems, although when I was there a couple of times (August 2023) there appeared to be issues with both in-house restaurants. Room service was excellent, though. A minor issue - as a professional interior decorator I would say that the paint finish in the rooms leaves a little to be desired, but that's probably just me. Good location and comfortable enough to overlook the worn out state if the hotel Staff wasn’t very helpful when asked about parking. Just said they didn’t provide parking anymore even though the hotel was booked with a parking filter. Another guest told us about a parking app that was useful. The whole place is in desperate need of refurbishment. Peeling paint in hallways etc The location
Overall, I'm satisfied, great hotel! The room service didn't speek a single English word. Other than that, everything was perfect! Great location and great rooms for that price. Absolute bargain. You can't possibly find a better affordable hotel in the Loop.
