Exceptional I found that the bathroom was exceptionally small and difficult to work with despite it being a king room. Additionally, there were stains in the tub that room service could not clean. The bed and view were very nice, and the lobby was gorgeous. The architecture was quite old, but despite this the elevator was exceptionally fast. Great location. Could probably use some updates. But would hate to lose the charm with too many contemporary changes. Great location! Elegant old hotel. Comfy bed and pillows. Good value for the price.
Excepcional ubicacion. Quizás la decoración un poco decadente. Necesita actualizarse un poco. El baño tenía un poco oxidada la grifería y la bañera. La ubicación de 10.

Ótimo. Próximo a quase todos os pontos turísticos. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, banheiro um pouco antigo, mas não foi problema nenhum. Voltaria e recomendaria este hotel.
Exceptional The only thing that my kids would have liked if there was a snack machine on every floor we were on the 10th floor and we always had to keep going down to the first floor for a snack machine the beds were a little hard but by the end of the day we all slept good after all the walking and sightseeing location staff helpful and friendly and history of ppl who stayed there Al Capone etc..

Overall good value, decent location Dated furniture in room, hallway carpets needed replacement. Very small bathroom sink with glass shelf over it that blocked most access Old world look and feel.
