Overall minus the ac the stay was great. It was very hard to regulate the temperature in the room due to the ac be old and out dated. The location of the property was wonderful. Within walking distance to pretty much everything.

I would stay again for the access and convenience of the 4 day music festival. The beds were very tight in our room. It's not a hotel room to set up your computers to do work. If you are a family with older children, it's better to get connecting rooms. The location was the best, especially for the music festival. We could go back and forth all day between sets, and when we wanted to find restaurants to eat at, they were within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are dated and very old. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would come back! The only complaint we have was the divider door between our room and the next over being somewhat thin, so we could hear the people next door. It was right across the street from Lollapalooza, and so close to everything else downtown. It was the perfect location for what we needed.
