Perfekte und sichere Lage, bin sehr zufrieden und werde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Behindertengerechtes Bad Blick auf Lake Michigan, große Zimmer und super bequemes Bett. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Sehr guter Service, besonders vom Reinigungspersonal. Rollstuhl freundlich.

Dåligt med sängstatus, annars ok 2,personer fick trängas i 140 cm säng. Trodde vi bokat 2 dubbelsängar 180 cm breda. Vi kände oss lurade. Boendet kallades 1 dubbelrum med 2 dubbelsängar, vad nnebär det?

Es geht. Das Haus an sich macht einen guten Eindruck und liegt auch günstig für Erkundigungen in alle Richtungen. Mit dem Zimmer war ich weniger zufrieden; es handelte sich vermutlich um das billigste des Hotels, im 12. Stock. Decke niedrig, fast wie eine Mansarde. Der Gang, auf dem sich das Zimmer befand, müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Lobby wirkt hingegen fast mondän. Ich fühlte mich sicher, aber im Zimmer nicht wirklich wohl. Zumindest im 12. Stock nicht noch einmal.
