Good Housekeeping knocked on my door before 930, check out is at 12. Needed to use translator app to communicate. Room service issues, called to check on order, was told that i didn't answer my door, but no one ever knocked on my door, then was told they called my room but phone never rang, eventually got my dinner total wait time-- 3 hrs.
