Very Good very run down, a lot of things looked like they were half through construction and then just never got finished easy to get around the city

Way too overpriced for the stay that we had! The check-in at 3 was AWFUL! They needed a better way of checking people in early because it was a mad house. The staff kept telling people different things to do. It was VERY disorganized! Also, the parking was outrageous! You have to park your car and it should be included in your stay! It was a great location and easy to find after the concert with the sign!

We would stay here again! There was no view. Our windows looked into the other tower’s windows. We liked the location in relation to the Bean and Solider Field! Staff was excellent. We were able to check in at 11 AM and used valet parking. We ended up getting a suite with a queen bed in one room and two twins in another room. Bike taxis took us to the stadium, and we ubered to the bean for food.
Exceptional Lighting in the rooms wasn’t the best for make up
good value for money there was a party next door until 4AM which kept me awake for a while. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious room, brilliant location
