Fun trip. It literally took 3 hours to check in. Terrible experience. You knew the # of check ins expected. You shld have managed it way better. Also, plumbing leak in our room. Wld have requested room change except it was so late in the evening. I just used towels. Location is super. Great bar atmosphere. We are repeat guests for years.

Location was perfect and staff was friendly. Would stay here again for another event. Everything was fine, just a little outdated. Price was a little more than what I'm used to paying (could have been because of the concert). The location to everything we needed was perfect. We were able to walk to all of our events and soak in the views of the city. The room was nice and spacious, however, it is a little vintage. excellent séjour dans cet hôtel vieillot mais qui a du charme , grande chambre claire, emplacement idéal , prix correct La décoration des chambres est assez laide mais les chambres sont grandes et confortables c’est un grand hôtel de la fin du 19eme siècle, la réception est magnifique. l’hôtel est très bien placé dans l’hyper cette du loop
Pleasant very old outdated rooms, carpeting throughout the hotel lworn out and smells musty, walls are very thin and you can hear everything esp the neighbors and the street even at the 12th floor, elevators malfunctioning while I was in them (scary), front desk understaffed causing delays staff did keep the local area clean, property was close to the lake and food
