Glamorous construction project The 5th floor on the north end smelled like mold. Room was worse. My husband nearly passed out because of the lack of air quality. On the south end the plumbing was horrible. Tub didn't have a stopper but were plugged. Sink handle practically came off in my hand. 11th floor. The the south end, 10th floor room, didn't have any hot water. Great for hot summers but horrible for a chilly late September week day.
