A classic style hotel from a time long forgotten, it's like staying in a history museum Great location easily walkable to Grant Park, Field Museum and Soldier Field. Hotel is beautiful with high ceilings and style of a time long forgotten. Very friendly and numerous staff. It was like staying in a history museum.
Pleasant The walls were super thin, allowing us to hear our obnoxiously loud neighbors when they came back from bar hopping at 3am and did not wind down until around 430am. Made for a slightly less then pleasant experience but that is not the fault of the hotel. Location is great. The nostalgia adds to the ambiance of the experience and character of the building. In walking distance of a lot of things to do.

Rammstien at Soldier Field Every employee greeted me with a smile, and the bellhops were very nice and gave me suggestions for food to be delivered.

Excel.lent ubicacio L'hotel necessita una renovació però esta dintre dels standards de USA Esta situat de 10!! Hem fet tot a peu..
Pleasant Teilweise dreckige Ecken. Bettdecke hatte komische weiße Flecken.... Sehr kahle Wände, sodass es etwas ungemütlich wirkt. Leider dämmen die Fenster im Zimmer auch nicht den Lärm Chicagos. Personal bzw. der Rezeptionist könnte freundlicher sein. Für 200€ die Nacht hätte ich mehr erwartet. Grundausstattung war soweit alles vorhanden (TV, Föhn, Handtücher,...). Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lobby ist wohl das ansprechendste an dem Hotel.
