Very Good
Nice place if you get a good room number and bathroom. How there wasn’t any good flow of the floors. My room was on the ninth floor and it took forever just to get to the room because I had to walk through three doors just to get to my room. Also the tub had a huge crack in it and the vinyl on the floor in the bathroom was broken and it tripped me as I was going in. I liked how big the hotel was and how close it was to where I was going for my travel.
Very Good My room location was nice, but I had hoped for a better view. I didn't request a room with a view though. staff was very pleasant during our visit.
For a little bit more I could have gotten a better hotel The hotel is super old. the lobby is actually fine, but the room I stayed was so humid that I got sick. There was no sun light any time of the day in our room. The location is good, but for young people who are trying to get a better idea of what the city is besides the tourist things, I’d try to stay in a different location

comfortable stay in ideal Chicago downtown location view from North Tower room facing in. woken up on second morning by staff claiming to check room despite note informing us of no housekeeping because of Covid. location couldn’t have been better
I recommend this hotel, there is a good location for tourists. New clean room The receptionist did not tell us in which wing of the building our room was located. I had to search for a long time Our room was big. Everything in the room was new. Clean room
