Ottimo soggiorno a chicago locali e arredi in stile contrastano con mobili moderni di poco interesse. necessiterebbe di un restyling edificio molto bello, posizione ottima, camere spaziose e pulite, letti molto comodi bagnj puliti e forniti
Chicago hotel : book it - great hotel none location was excellent , next to Grant park and 10 min walk to the city, staff were friendly, floor 12 room 1050 was clean and tidy, coffee machine, fridge and safe all in good order, previous reviews I looked at where poor, but our stay was brilliant. well done team Congress Plaza

Good The facility could use a little bit of a facelift. I understand the hotel has some historical significance and doesn't want to change everything but some paint, new carpet. Etc,. Could go a long way for improving the look. The location was the main consideration for this hotel. Very close to Grant and millennium parks.

No complaints! Very easy to check in and out. I didn’t see any breakfast offered but I could have missed it. The location was great! It was 30 minute walk from Soldier field and Shedd Aquarium. It was also only 5 minute walk to the Bean! We didn’t have transportation so we walked everywhere but never got tired. We also booked a queen bed and got a king instead, no charge!
