great location and customer service with front desk and bellhop. mattresses. so hard and not restful. every morning my family and I would wake up and have horrible back pain. we are all under 32 and shouldn’t be feeling this bad in the morning. liked the location. bellhop service. and that they worked with me on an issue I had booking. really appreciated their customer service.
A historical hotel with a ton of American presidential history. It has a great gift shop. Need a modern computer desk and electrical outlets in the room

we enjoy our stay every time we stay at the Congress. the restaurant needs ALOT of work! we asked for a room not near the elevator because of noise during the night and they were accommodating. The doorman went out of his way to hail a taxi for us! parking lot is close!
Very Good Would have preferred queen beds in the family suite instead of full. They were a little too small for two adults in one bed. Made due bit not very comfortable. We love the location of the hotel. Also the history of the hotel.
