we had a very pleasant stay for the time we were there. Steve is an asset to the staff by far our toilet leaked and sink backed up it was an historical building and most of the staff was very friendly

Wir waren zufrieden, v.a. wegen der tollen Lage und dem herrlichen Ausblick. Zimmer sind klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist toll. Und unser Ausblick auf den Michigan See einfach fantastisch.

love the location. the history behind this hotel is quit long. the door staff and desk clerks were not very friendly. the location to downtown is fantastic

Very Good 少し高め 美術館、フィールド博物館、ミレニアムパークなどへ徒歩でアクセスしやすい立地です。 駐車場はホテルの裏にあり、24時間で46ドル。チェックアウト後も、駐車したままで観光できます。 徒歩20分くらいでウィリスタワーへ行くことできます。高架下や有名な建物を見ながらの散策、楽しかったです。 また、宿泊したいと思います。
Pleasant hotel is old in total. door on room on bottom is too much space that almost cat and mouse could come. it is renovated but forget doors so there is no privacy inside if somebody need it. also every morning personal who clean knock on door and then just disappear. location, bed was nice , big , comfortable
