Great hotel for a weekend trip! Some of the Buckingham Wing hallways/staircases were a bit messy and could use a bit of extra cleaning. The location was very convenient! Only a 10 minute walk from the Institute of Art and other Chicago must see places.

Stay was fine with great location. Sad to see such a terrific historic building treated so shabbily. Restoration of facilities was done on the cheap with shoddy material. Not maintained well- cracked tile in bathroom, rusted fixtures, chipped paint. The location is phenomenal. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Great historic building.

Exceptional Parking is a little inconvenient. It’s valet only and around the corner from hotel entrance. The room was a family suite, which had two twin beds in one room and a king bed in the other. The building is quite old and has tons of character! Hands down, biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

Good For an establishment that should be offering hospitality m, they have a long ways to go. the cleaning staff on our floor were the only hospitable people we encountered. A smile, communication and helpfulness would go a long way! Great location, clean and lots of room.
