Pleasant Person checking us in wasn't friendly at all. Booked 2 rooms and 1 was in one tower and the 2nd was in the other tower. Only one elevator working in the north tower. Rooms need updated Location and price
Great value for money. Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Breakfast wasn’t included. Great value for money, cheaper than the local hostel. Good location, comfortable, clean.

Location Location Location Perfect location to walk to alot of the sights. If you want to ride the loop,it is just a couple of streets over. The room was quaint. Recommend getting a room with a view of lake Michigan. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Lasting hot water and good water pressure.
Great location in Chicago for a fun trip! The bathtub (which is simultaneously also the shower) didn’t drain the dirty water properly. Amazing location! Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Public transportation was easy to reach and nearby. Great size rooms. Friendly staff. Small fridge in room to keep some food and drinks refrigerated. Clean rooms. Gorgeous view of the city.
