Great trip great stay. The Congress Plaza always fits our needs and the location is great.
The hotel worked well for my needs. However, I noticed some deferred maintenance/repair that needs addressing: e.g broken and crumbling plaster in the fourth (?) floor hallway that make the place look like it's falling apart. The hotel was fine for my needs at the time. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant at breakfast were especially helpful and pleasant. The somewhat older decor and atmosphere of the interior were a good change from cookie-cutter, more "modern" hotels.
Comfortable and excellent location for a brief stay. Rooms need to be updated. No ice functional machines on every floor. We had to get ice from the main floor bar. Location and price
Good The bathroom sink drained very slowly and the tub faucet was stuck on shower function. We have stayed here many times and really enjoy it.
Good Lokalizacja: Blisko do centrum, po drugiej stronie ulicy jest Grant Park. W pobliżu komunikacja miejska (autobus, metro).
Good The water to take a shower was cold. I ask for service but the answer was “The building is too big” The restaurant is amazing, with great customer service, great food, and convenient prices. The cleanliness in the room and common areas were great.
