Wonderful Location was perfect for walking around or catching the train to see the city . Bar was open late so we could still get drinks when we got back before heading up to the room.

Great location and view. Size was equal to expectations. Interior was classy w/ cheap maintenance. Paint on the walls and trim looked like a bad DIY job. A tile in the bathroom has 2 screws in it to hold to a wall. The toilet handle needs held for 10 seconds to properly flush. Even this it only works 80% of the time. The view was great overlooking the fountain and lake. Location is perfectly located between museums and Navy Pier, with Millennium Park in front.
Very Good The rooms do not match the lobby, which is stunning. The room was fine. I found the bed comfortable my husband thought it was too firm, but it is hard to get beds just right for all. Location is fabulous! Room was clean and serviceable. The staff has helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here in the future. Great value.

Great location
It is OK but it is one of those hotels where you will have to pay extra for everything. The price for parking in the hotel was much higher then any parking in the area.
We enjoyed living with the spectacular view of Buckingham fountain every day! The Raphael restaurant was a disappointment. Location is perfect.
It was a really nice hotel The Wi-Fi didn’t work well and the soundproofing wasn’t good The room was spacious, the beds big and confortable.
