I can’t imagine any group of people being more friendly than the folks here. We had only a few encounters but everyone, from the front desk receptionist to the nursing staff and finally the PA couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful, and oh so expert at their jobs. Thank you for your care!
This place is the best! Clinical staff that talks to you in a down to earth fashion. Welcoming office staff. They recognize everybody has a schedule. They get you in, treat you, and your outta there pdq! Live this place!
They were really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently before I started treatment there. I had my first treatment yesterday and everybody was very nice from the folks up front to the person who was treating me. I never once felt talked down to and they've been helpful in working with them to make arrangements for the things I need.
I had plastic surgery on my face and I was very happy with the results. The staff is extremely professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. To and his staff.
