Came for our anniversary dinner and left disappointed. 😞 We sat outside, the heater wasn't on. We asked them to turn it on were told our server would let the buser know....it never got turned on. Then our food. Our meals came before our starters. Our burgers were wrong, and our starters were cold, so cold in fact, the cheese wasn't melted. We never got our beverage refills either. Then we get our check and we had to pay a 20% gratuity because it was automatically added on! We won't be back.
Visited here and encountered cockroaches. Just saw Santa Clara Health Report and realized they’re infested! Be very aware. Will not be coming back.
RecommendedFirst visit back since COVID-19. I was worried about ordering a burger to go. But it was wrong. My burger was perfectly cooked - medium rare. Putting the Counter back on my list.
I like to come here because of the food but the service is slow. I was literally was the first one and sitting outside but the people in the inside which came in at least 10 minutes after me got their food first. The waiters there doesn’t tend to their customers well.
I got a B day free burger card went in for the impossible burger on Mother’s day .Only 1/2 way cooked . I got dierrea after ! Yuck.. didn’t get my order of onion strings till I ask for them and they totally forgot my onion strings and my daughter’s order of sweet potatoes fries . We ordered her burger with lettuce and she didn’t get it in the burger. We ask ans the guy behind thr counter gave us some cut up lettuce on a plate . For me a $25 hamburger should be spectacular. A burger of that price should be bigger than the bun. A little over rated and a lot over priced.
Usually the food is good, I ordered protein style salad With bison burger and wanted medium rare it came well done like a charcoal briquette so I sent it back and told our waitress it was over cooked. Got a new bison burger and it then was way undercooked 😕 at this point I did not want to say anything because I didn’t want to piss the cook off, the gave me a credit of almost 10.00 but I would have prefer to have a great meal as anticipated....sigh Probably won’t return to that location.
It took an hour to get food, our server made a lame excuse as to why it took so long, my fries were cold, my burger was given to another person at our table, who touched it. My burger was ice cold, and it had the wrong cheese on it, plus it had the wrong sauce. My fiancé ordered bison, and got served burger. And to top it off, no apology from our server. We will never eat here again.
Ok, I know it was busy. I'll accept that, but the waiter mixed up our orders, the fries and shoe string onions were cold. And I was not made aware that the Strawberry Lemonades were not free refills along with my wife's one refill. Rediculous! Our bill for the 2 of us was $63 and change. Sorry, won't be returning there next time in San Jose.
