Food was really good, as well as the service, but the last few times both the service and the food sucked. In the last 4 visits they screwed up all the orders and got mad when we were trying to have them corrected. Also the food was over cooked, bread burnt and they forgot multiple items each time.

My family and I visited this place in Walnut Creek this evening and was more than disappointed. We arrived around 930 dew to our work schedule. We entered with horrible service from the beginning. Who ever dude was watching the door was on his phone and took a second to to sit us. We carried a 6 month old child who was asleep at the time and he set us right next to the bar, so I ask can we sit towards the back and guy had a lil attitude about that. I had great food however on their gluten-free menu does not have prices. And my gluten free cheeseburger broke me out into hives. So There must be some kind of cross-contamination
The food came out alright, wasn't the hottest, but still tasted great. Issue was mainly the service, we were visited once by the server to take our order, but after our drinks arrived, we only saw her again at the end of the meal. Our food was brought out by another staff member who also provided a refill on my drink. Speaking of the food, my burger was missing a couple of the toppings I had selected and, even worse, they put the wrong patty on both burgers.
