The food came out alright, wasn't the hottest, but still tasted great. Issue was mainly the service, we were visited once by the server to take our order, but after our drinks arrived, we only saw her again at the end of the meal. Dirty silverware, forgot my kids milk, dry overcooked patty (it was more of a well done burger when I asked for med well), & the worst part...I pay for the 1lb $20 burger & they gave me toppings for the 1/3lb burger. The amount of avocado was a JOKE, taking up 1 tiny wee lil corner of the burger. I asked about it & the server (who was sweet but never much at our table) offered to get more. Waited a bit longer, while looking at tables Available.
I am picking up my to go order right now and will not be coming back. The food is great but the customer service is awful. I wasn't greeted but the hostess and had to greet her first. She showed to me where the pick up area was and there were three waiters chatting with each other or taking phone orders while I was just standing there. The food is wonderful like all of the Counters that I have been too. My server did not really pay much attention to me and kinda screwed up my order but I usually get good service at this location unless I sit at the bar where the service is terrible
Found not one but two black curly hairs in my bison burger today. Paying for it was even more delightful.
This place can't get an order right to save their life. Every time I've been there they've screwed up my order, which is ironic since they're all about custom orders.
