The community is lovely & clean. The staff is kind & friendly, but not always timely in providing care. My father needs near total care and my mother has had to call many times to remind them to take him to meals & assist him to bed . At first I thought my mother was exaggerating the lack of offerings and small portions on the dining room menu, but I saw it for myself the last 2 times I visited. Have discussed these concerns with management, with minor improvement seen. Hoping for the best!
It was a little dated on the facility. I would have like to have seen it refreshed. It wasn't quite up to snuff facility wise. The people there were very nice and everything but it kind of had a worn out feeling to it. It needed to be refreshed.
